Achi mental health ka matlab yeh hai ke insaan stress ko behtar tareeqay se handle kare, apni feelings ko samajh aur izhar kar sake, aur mushkil waqt mein bhi umeed aur himmat barqarar rakhe. Rozana ki zindagi mein choti choti aadaten jaise achi neend, sehatmand ghiza, waqti aaram, aur apne aziz logon se baat cheet zehni sukoon ko barhati hai.Yaad rahe ke zehni sehat koi ek martaba hasil hone wali cheez nahi, balkay yeh ek musalsal safar hai jise tawajju, sabr aur apne aap ki dekh bhaal se behtar banaya ja sakta hai.
